Free express delivery

Every order ships free with express delivery. There are no minimum spends and no surprise charges at checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders placed on a business day are picked and packed promptly. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — once a parcel has been dispatched we may not be able to redirect it.

Missing or delayed parcels

Carriers occasionally run late, particularly around peak periods. If your tracking hasn’t updated in several business days, get in touch and we’ll open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
