Shipping & delivery

How much is shipping?
Free express delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed on a business day are picked and packed promptly. Weekend and public holiday orders go out the next business day.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. See Track your order.

Returns & guarantee

What is the 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee?
Use your AutoGuard product for up to 100 days from delivery. If it isn’t right for you, contact us and we’ll organise a full refund. Full details on our Returns & Warranty page.

What if my item arrives faulty?
Email us with your order number and a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Steering lock

Will it damage my steering wheel?
No. It has a protective PVC coating designed to help prevent marks and scratches during normal use.

Will it fit my car?
It’s a universal design that suits most cars, SUVs and utes.

How hard is it to remove or break?
It’s built to waste a thief’s time and draw attention. The reinforced metal body and key-lock design make cutting or prying difficult — and most thieves won’t bother once they see visible protection.

Trackers

Is there a subscription?
No. Our trackers use the free Apple Find My and Android Find My networks — no SIM card and no monthly fee.

Is the OBD2 tracker hard to install?
No. Find your OBD2 port (usually under the steering wheel), plug it in, and complete the quick pairing steps. No wiring, no tools, no mechanic.

Will a tracker drain my car battery?
Battery impact depends on your vehicle and usage. If your car sits unused for long periods, consider unplugging the device until you’re driving again.

Keyless & RFID protection

How do I know my Faraday pouch or box is working?
Put your fob inside and close it fully, then stand next to your car and try to unlock or start it as normal. If the signal is blocked, the car won’t detect the key.

When should I use it?
Any time you’re not actively using your keys — at home near the front door, at work, and when travelling. It’s especially useful for keyless entry vehicles.
